Beautiful Botonera came from Antequera with Blanca and Triana. Blanca, you will see in the photo, resting her head on Botonera.
Botonera is 6 years old and has had many terrible years. Due to her past Botonera is fearful and distrustful with people, although she is improving day by day, she just needs patience, love and a little push of confidence to be the happy and wonderful dog that she is.
She has no problem with the other dogs in the shelter, on the contrary, she has a calm character. She needs a confident doggy companion because we have observed that when she is with more dogs she feels safer and more confident.
She will also need somewhere calm, quiet and gentle.
This amazing girl is now in one of our lovely foster homes in Macclesfield.

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
