Eda is a female Podenco Andaluz, she is 2 years old and comes from Antequera, another victim of the neglect.
Eda is currently in a lovely foster home in Spain – “she is a dog with a lovely character, she is affectionate, loving, playful and as a good Podenca, very funny. When you meet her, she only needs a few minutes to make you fall in love with her. She lives and plays great with all kind of dogs and likes to enjoy some time in the sun.”
Adorable Eda will be UK bound in November and we cannot wait to meet her!
She will be in foster in Buckinghamshire and probably not for long!
NOTE: Eda has received treatment for Leishmaniasis but is now negative. She is happy and healthy, with no concerns. She will remain on a low dose of Allopurinol which will need to be continued and as with all our Galgos and Podencos, she will require re-testing.

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
