Fragata arrived at Galgos en Familia together with Menchu and Cristina from Sevilla, handed over by her former Galguero.
DOB 01/06/2014
Fragata arrived very fearful and it took many months for her to feel more at ease with humans. She is friendly and sociable with other dogs. They give her security and stability. This tells us that it would be advisable for her to live with stable canine companions who can help her in her integration process.
Since coming into foster in the UK she has shown such courage and has even started to play for the first time!
We are looking for a family who will give her the time and care she needs so that she can gradually build up confidence and enjoy her new life. It is time for this senior galguita to find a home where she can live in peace.
Fragata is in one of our lovely foster homes in Nottinghamshire.
Please use the form below to get in touch and ask about this adoption.
Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering.
Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering.
Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you.
Step 3 (the final step) is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
