We introduce our very first Galga from a new collaboration with Galgo’s Rescue Almeria.
“Hello everyone, please allow me to introduce myself: I am Gala, 8 years old, looking for the brightest gift under the Christmas tree  – ” a golden basket “.
I haven’t had much luck in life yet. Like most of my kind, I have been used, abused to serve and please my owner. Yet, I am one of the lucky ones and my owner handed me over instead of dumping me or worse…
I am sweet, affectionate, get along well with other dogs, big and small.
I don’t need that much and I don’t ask for much, just a warm nest, on time food and above all, lots of love in a warm and comfy home.”
Gala has found her golden basket and is coming to Project Galgo.
She is now in foster in Dorset.

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering.

Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering.

Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you.

Step 3 (the final step) is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
