8 year old Lazarito arrived with Turbo, from La Guarida and thanks to Galgos en Familia’s collaboration with #MaleGalgoProject, he is now safe and free from harm.
He is a stunning and lovely Galgo, with people he has come such a long way from the terrified boy he once was.
Lazarito is great on walks, very good with other dogs and is the ideal walking companion.
For all he has suffered in life and yet he is the most loving boy. He has an ever-increasing fan club but is still waiting for his furever home.
This boy will have your heart in an instant.
He ideally needs a two parent household in order to build up absences slowly as he becomes stressed when he is left on his own. With time and stability, Lazarito made an amazing breakthrough and was left for 17 minutes without becoming stressed. He does need to sleep near his humans.
He can be excitable when sniffing and can be very strong on the lead.
Lazarito is in foster in Devon.

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
