Luke

Clown

Partnering up with the amazing rescue ‘Rays of Hope – For Dogs in Bahrain,’ we feel so privileged to be able to help another beautiful soul.

Luke is around a year old and one of the many born unto a deeply unpleasant fate. Rescued with his sister Celine when they were about 4 months old. We can only imagine what they endured.

Luke is currently in foster with other sighthounds in Hertfordshire and would benefit from having a confident doggy companion for companionship and play time.  Luke has had no socialisation as a pup – we are quite sure something happened to his mum and he was parted from her far too early.

Unfortunately, Luke has been diagnosed with light sensitivity and will therefore need a home who will support him with this issue. Currently he is kitted out in some very stylish doggles and must wear these if walking in direct sunlight (between hours of 11am and 4pm).  He will need 6 monthly eye check ups.

Luke can live with a dog savvy cat and is currently in foster with one.

This dog has already been homed...

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
