Mia came from Toledo together with Coco, Cherry, Piña, Lichi and Pera, all of them have a history of abuse, exploitation and continuous mistreatment.
Mia is a 9 year old girl with a lovely character, she is affectionate, friendly, loving, playful and very funny, a real Podenca.
She is very sociable with people, as well as with other dogs with whom she lives and plays great, she is a very balanced girl.
If you want love and happiness to flood your home, Mia is the girl you are looking for, with her you will spend incredible moments and you will be able to enjoy the real Podenca.
Mia has passed her basic cat test, but would need further assessing in a cat friendly home.
Not surprisingly, Mia’s foster family in Spain have fallen head over heels with her and she is now adopted!
Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
