Mika

Serene

Mika came from Badajoz along with Carina, both of them were given by their Galguero.

Mika is a golden oldie at 10 years old, who is cautious at first, but it takes two seconds for her to stick to you so that you can pet her and give her cuddles.

65cm in height.

She is very sweet, tender and calm and would be great in any home thanks to her balanced character.  She gets on wonderfully with the other dogs in the shelter, so she can live in a house being the only dog or with other dogs. She is also suitable for cats.

Unfortunately she does suffer from pulmonary hypertension, however, is stable with medication which she will remain on for life. She can live a normal life and the medication is reasonable.

She is truly an angel.

Mika is now in one of our lovely foster homes in South Devon.

Please use the form below to get in touch and ask about this adoption.

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
