Please meet beautiful Pinta, a 10 year old galguita.
When she arrived at the shelter she was very shy and cautious due to her hard past, but Pinta is slowly starting to trust human beings. Every day she is more confident, friendly and relaxed.
The family that adopts her has to take into account that at the beginning she will be shy until she gets used to her home and creates a bond with the family. Pinta is sociable with all types of dogs, both male and female, she is also cat friendly.
She bears the mental scars of her past and the horrors she was subject to for so many years, but this girl is one of the bravest souls you will meet. She needs a gentle and quiet home, with people who will be there for her when her past haunts her.
Pinta is in one of our lovely foster homes in Stevenage.
To apply to adopt this amazing girl, please submit an adoption application, or to sponsor her, get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org
Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering. Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering. Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you. The final step is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
