Sensational Fuzzy haired Galga Rusha has arrived in the UK!
This wonderful girl was saved by our fabulous partners Galgos del Sur and has caused such a stir in the UK.
She is adapting to family life wonderfully and is having lots of fun playing with her foster brother.
Rusha was unfortunately positive for Leishmaniasis (albeit low level), so needs a family committed to the ongoing monitoring and management of the condition. She received the necessary treatment in Spain and recovered well, with no organ damage identified.
This gorgeous girl is exceptional – cheerful, loving, and absolutely adorable!
She likes meeting other dogs, but at a distance she can feel uncertain about them and a bit frustrated.
In foster in Castle Douglas, Dumfries and Galloway.

Adopting or fostering a dog is hugely enjoyable and rewarding, but it’s also a lot of work, and it’s a big decision. Below are the 3 steps involved in the process of either adoption or fostering.
Step 1 is to learn what’s involved; about Project Galgo, about adoption and about fostering.
Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you.
Step 3 (the final step) is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
