Project Galgo announce the very special reservation of ‘Timeo’, who arrived in a deplorable state at Fundación Benjamín Mehnert
“Timeo is possibly one of the most representative cases of abuse and abandonment and we do not want to imagine how long he was sick and without medical attention. Completely alopecic, his whole body full of scabs and scars, his legs so utterly swollen. In addition to Leishmaniasis, he had an awful case of mange. Worst of all is his sad look, begging for help.
It was an incredibly worrying time. At this stage it was possible his organs were drastically affected.
He remained very apathetic and discouraged. The vets advised the Leishmaniasis was very active so they started giving him more intensive treatment to try and compensate for it. He also had medication for his horrible skin condition accompanied with therapeutic baths. They needed to remain rigorous with treatment.”
We thank our incredible friends at FBM who never give up and as you can see Timeo has made a phenomenal recovery! There is no organ damage, his fur is growing back beautifully and he is feeling great!
He is a happy boy, so appreciative of love and care and is ready to find a tip top family of his own here in the UK. Could this be you?

Step 2 is to contact us for more information and we’ll discuss everything with you.

Step 3 (the final step) is to fill out either the adoption or fostering forms and officially start the process. These forms are in depth, and may take you some time to fill out. It is recommended you do this on a laptop or desktop computer. It is required that you fill out every field, the forms will not submit if questions are skipped.
