Marilyn

A year ago, a heart breaking rescue took place by the roadside. A podenca, not even 1 year old, was found left to die after a hit and run.

The footage is extremely upsetting as she tried to run away from fear, but couldn’t. She was paralysed. How she did not die from shock or impact is a miracle.

And that is how we see Marilyn. A beautiful miracle.

Her spine was broken, she was in excruciating pain. She was just a baby… and had been left all alone in this state.

Tragically it was deemed she would never walk again. 1 year old… had life not been cruel enough?

Marilyn has been waiting with our incredible friends Fundación Benjamín Mehnert for a year now with no interest, no family who want to be her everything. We can’t bear this. So we are going to change it, with your help.

We are going to find her a family and home where she will be cherished through and through.

She needs a home with no stairs because of the wheelchair. She needs a family who will support her incontinence. Those are her two main requirements. It is not a lot to ask for after all she has suffered and lost.

Please please please we beg the universe to get this sweetest, darling angel her own family. We will not stop until we find you!!
